Dr. Harswell earned her dental degree from The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed a residency at the Augusta VA Medical Center.
About Dr. Shalisa Harswell
Dr. Shalisa Harswell earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University in 2023. She went on to complete a one-year Advanced Education in Dentistry residency at the Augusta VA Medical Center in 2024.
Before dental school, she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology, with minors in chemistry and sociology, from Augusta University. Throughout her education she held leadership roles on campus and in the community, tutored students at local public schools, and volunteered at Meadows Regional Hospital.
Originally from Soperton, GA, Dr. Harswell is proud of her hometown roots. She grew up with three older brothers and enjoys time with her family and friends, including her eight nieces and nephews, and walks with her dog, Capri.
